In the case that a test result is accidentally recorded under the wrong patient's name, we may reassign this test to the correct patient.
First, let's notice the RECORD NUMBER indicated by the patient's name. Note down the record number of the correct patient.
Highlight the patient name under which the test result is saved.
Next, navigate to the OLD TESTS page and locate the COMMENT button. Click COMMENT and notice the "Assigned to Patient" section.
Click on ENABLED to create a Green check-mark. Then change the RECORD NUMBER to match the correct patient name.
Once complete, DISABLE the checkbox, and check that this test is now saved with the correct patient name.
