Test Saved Under Wrong Patient Name

Oh no! You ran a test on the wrong patient & now we need to move the old test file to the correct patient. 

 

First, go to the patient page. See the correct patient, take note of the record number. 

 

Second, navigate to the old test that needs to be transferred to the correct patient. Click comment. 

 

Third, in the "assigned to patient" box, check Enabled. Type in the record number of the correct patient (the record number from step one). 

 

Four, close and save.
