"You must set the Serial Number using the Global Parameters in Configure System menu"
(1) Select Configure System from the Home Page of the software.
(2) Double Click to open the Program Folder, then Global Folder.
(3) Scroll until you see "Serial Number"; enter the system serial number.
Note System Serial Number placement on a Cart or Desktop unit.
(4) Now open the Hardware Folder, then Console Folder.
(5) Scroll unit "IO Card Enabled" and place a green check beside this box.
(6) Close and Save the changes.
(7) Start the software, things should be back to normal now.
